  2. hey 650….about 9 hours for this one but yours may need more or less depending on temperature variations during the low and slow. Pull it off the smoke when the butt reaches 190-195f. internal -BBQ Pit Boys

  8. On August 8 2009 I roasted a whole pig which weighed 136 pounds. The temp wasn’t low enough to consider it bbq. I had to keep it around 350 for 8 to 10 hours. The reason why I am saying this is because I went from just grilling meat to doing low and slow BBQ from watching the BBQ Pit Boys. Without your videos I would have never attempted to do a whole pig. Thank you for the videos.
