That is the recipe. I am not exactly a wine connoisseur, so any help would be great. I am looking for a wine that would go well with this dish. Thanks!

  1. Light Pinot Noir (A cab would be far to big for this dish). The new Beaujolais Noveau would be nice too

  2. A crisp Pinot Gris. Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio are from the same grape, but different wine making styles. Pinot Grigio is Italian, Pinot Gris is Alsatian (Alsace-Lorraine is the border region between France and Germany).

    Rose

I would go with one of these Cabernet, or Pinot Noir. You will find the Pinot to be a bit lighter (typically) and easier on the pallet if you are not a regular wine drinker.
Look for a bottle that is moderately priced. Also, look for some of the bigger/better brands. If in doubt, as someone at a good liquor store.

  5. I would try a Pinio Grigio. Thats what we prefer with our pork.

  6. Chilled Riesling! I guarantee it!

  7. Go get a Pinot Grigio (if you want white wine)
    or
    Shiraz (if you want red)
