The answer would be yes. They are called left overs for a reason.
Raju has no idea what he is talking about. Meat makes great left overs. Cooked veggies aren’t always as good, but can still be used in awesome left over recipes.
Yes, if you have cooked a recipe, pop it in the fridge overnight and will be fine.
