Is There A Pulled Pork Recipe For One Person?

I live by myself and all the pulled pork answers on here are for a family. I just want like about four servings for me to eat for a couple of days. Any suggestions would be appreciated on a condensed version for me. Thanks

  1. Take a really small pork roast.. put it in a
skillet with a lid, and a reasonable amount
of water. Cook it for a couple of hours on
medium low heat. Shred it with 2 forks,
pour out the liquid. Add BBQ sauce. Warm
    it back up. Ready.

  2. pulled pork freezes great. Don’t be afraid to cook a recipe, you can freeze portions and eat them later

  3. You can take any any recipe for pulled pork and cut it in half. The structure of a recipe is a guideline- you can pick and choose things in it you like, make it bigger or smaller. Good luck
I personally don’t have one but if I was you I would just find one and cut it in half

  4. Either cut a recipe you like down, or freeze what you can’t eat for later days : )

  5. I think I saw what you’re looking for in this free recipe ebook.

  6. Yes there is , I make it using a hock instead of a whole Boston butt.

  7. would like to have recipe’s for 3 people multiple choice meals.meat in each dish.thanks

  8. A serving size of meat is only 3-4 ounces. If you want to last you for four days, buy 12-16 ounces of pork and pull it yourself.
