The only way I eat pork chops is to fry them. I make them the same way I do my fried chicken. Season the meat, then put it through a milk and egg mixture. Then shake it in a ziplock with flour that is seasoned. Deep fry them till they float. Real juicy.

I have bunch of pork recipes that I like to use and have gotten rave reviews for all of them but especially for the first one maybe because it is so different your guests never expect what its cooked with once they've tried it.
Check out the website below for the step by step recipes:
1. Chocolate Pork Chops
2. Fried Pork Chops
3. Pork quesadillas with frid onions and poblano chiles
4. Spicy Peruvian Pork
5. Taco Taco Pork Chops
6. Chorizo Al Jerez
